Terms of Service
Effective: May 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of JetSpeed (飞人加速器, hereinafter "we" or "the Service"). By registering an account, subscribing, or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
JetSpeed is a network speed optimization service that helps overseas Chinese users access Mainland China internet services with low latency and high stability. The Service covers common usage scenarios such as video streaming (iqiyi, Youku, Bilibili, etc.), music (NetEase Cloud Music, etc.), and gaming (mainland-region online games).
The Service is for lawful use only. You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your location and the destination jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and truthful registration information;
- safeguarding your account password and not sharing it with others;
- not lending, renting, or reselling your account to others;
- notifying us via support@jsq.app immediately upon discovering any abnormal account activity.
The number of devices that may connect concurrently with a single account is limited by the plan you subscribed to.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Plans: ¥18 per month / ¥168 per year (approximately ¥14 per month).
- Free trial: a 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers; failure to cancel at least 24 hours before trial end will automatically convert to paid subscription.
- Purchase channel: subscriptions are completed via Apple App Store In-App Purchase; payment processing and receipts are handled by Apple.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew by default; Apple charges your Apple ID's associated payment method 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancel renewal: you may turn off auto-renewal at any time via iOS "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions". The current paid period is unaffected; service continues until the end of the period.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription refund requests must be processed through Apple:
https://reportaproblem.apple.com
We cannot directly issue refunds to you. Apple will independently review your request based on its refund policy, and Apple will notify you of the result. For assistance explaining a refund reason, you may email support@jsq.app.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- engage in any activity that violates the laws or regulations of your location or the destination jurisdiction;
- attack, scan, scrape, or stress-test the Service, its acceleration nodes, or other users;
- use the Service to relay spam, malicious traffic, or unauthorized commercial services;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or break the Service's client or server code;
- evade quota limits, forge subscription status, or exploit bugs for profit.
Violation of any of the above grants us the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund.
7. Service Availability
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the stability and availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network anomalies, third-party service interruptions, force majeure, etc. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our cumulative liability to you is capped at the subscription fees you paid to us (via Apple) during the past 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9. Termination
You may terminate use of the Service at any time by deleting your account (see Privacy Policy Section 6) or canceling your subscription. If you materially breach these Terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund and, where necessary, refer the matter to law enforcement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Santa Clara County, California. The foregoing choice does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your location.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification or to your registered email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
